Uthman Mosque (also known as 'Othman' Mosque or 'Mosquée de Othmane') is located in Villeurbanne, France, near to Lyon city.
It is a three-storey building covering 1200 square metres and including a large library and an Arabic school catering to 250 students. It was built entirely from the contributions of French Muslims. The current Imam is Azzedin Gaci. [1]
It was inaugurated on 1 April 2006. [2] It is open to Muslims of all traditions and ethnic groups. [3]
